China

there is a big problem on the horizon...

China scares me. It should scare you too.

Why? Because they have figured out the economic war, and are winning. Big time. Their economy is growing four times faster than ours. In only a few more years they will have the biggest economy in the world, not us. We’ll be second-rate, has-beens. Ah, but it’s far worse than just that. They’re using all the money they make to build their government, their military, their infrastructure. In just a few years they will also be able to kick our military asses, out the room, down the hall, and right on out the door. I do have to say that I am impressed with their current non-expansionism policy. But how long will that last? When the USA is second-rate and they have nothing to fear, will they stay within their boundaries? I think not.

Perhaps they’ve realized that the world is moving beyond simple shoot-em-up bang-bang-you’re-dead warfare. Perhaps they’ve realized that economic warfare is the next big game in town. They care even less about their workers than we do. Can you imagine if we let them win the economic war? We’ll all take orders from Beijing.

You think Communism is dead? Think again. It’s alive and well, keeping a low profile, and lobbying harder than ever, right here in Washington DC. What do you think the Trade Deficit is anyway? Billions and billions of dollars, bleeding us dry every month.

This is not a game people. China is not just a super-power, they are a rapidly growing super-power, soon to become the dominant force on the planet. We need to correct our economic strategies to deal with this, to head it off before it’s too late.

My Trade Policy, along with others, do just exactly that, fixes this problem. All my policies work together, like the many little gears in a clock, to keep the USA on top. There is a lot more reason to this rhyme than meets the eye. All my viewpoints on the left, the policies, the opinions, work together with a purpose, towards a master plan. I’m not just a regular guy in that sense: I understand how the whole thing, all the little pieces and parts, work together. We’re like an orchestra, and we need a conductor who’s not tone deaf...

Next time you go out shopping, for anything except groceries, go ahead and *try* not to buy something made in China. Just try. You can’t. It’s damn near all made in China.

Update: 5/20/2007 Washington Post Front Page:

TAINTED CHINESE IMPORTS COMMON

298 cases of tainted food in just four months. And that’s from just the small fraction of imports that actually get tested.

I will ban all food products from China immediately.
