India added over 500,000 IT jobs last year, and expects to add more than that this year. They’re building technical schools as fast as they can to keep up with the demand. They’re anticipating a shortage.

China is building factories so fast they’re afraid of running out of workers. They’re building schools to educate their population as fast as they can too. Businesses are already anticipating a worker shortage there, and are looking elsewhere for more.
